I have bought a land of 25cents in 2005, but we made mistake in entering wrong survey number 26/4 instead of 26/1, So inorder to do correction deed, i approached the seller for his presence and signature to do rectification deed. But he is not willing to come and demanding extra money. I enquired peoples regarding filing suit against him, but all are advising the case will drag longtime.please tell me how long the case will took to judgement.
