Self earned property

My father has self earned property, in this land I have constructed house by taking housing loan. The loan has been taken as coapplicant between myself & my father. Loan still has outstaning balance & it is not yet cleared. But now my father is willing to transfer or write a will in favour of my sister. How I can go further if the land has been transferred to my sister or will has been written in favour of my sister. Only one sister  Iahve & don't have any brothersw

Dear Poojary the property which your father is intended to give to your sister by will which he can bequeath  absolutely because as you said it is your father's self earned property and you dont  have any rights over the same except beiing the co-applicant in availing a housing loan for which you can compromise with your father to Gift the property equally between your sister and yourself so that you will not be deprived from yourmoney spent on the construction.

The opinion of  Kupparaju is perfect and nothing to add in that opinion.
