Q2) Is it necessary that selection criteria/weightage must be as under: Academic and research(50%) + Domain Knowledge and teaching skill(30%) + Interview(20%)
OR
A state govt has right to adopt its own unique selection criteria [Screening test(50%) + Academic and research(30%) + Interview(20%)] after satisfying minimum standards for recruitment of Assistant professor i.e/ UGC-NET/PhD as decided by UGC.
