My land has been fraudulently sold in year 2007/2008. Where to complaint for rectification of land records as well for penal actions against the culprits?
Land at Dist: Burdwan, WB, Most probably Jurisdiction: Durgapur.

if you have all the documents like patta,chitta,adangal and other registration documents you can file for a title suit and to declare the sale as void.also obtain an injunction in the court against the persons who are in the posession of the property.you can also file case for land grabbing

You may move an application to the commissioner of police or any other police head under whom your area falls
give full details regarding your land in that application and also give the strict proofs of your ownership of that land. The police will enquire in to matter and after that they will proceed accordingly to false a criminal case against the culprits.

Besides a complaint for land grabbing you may file a suit for permanent injunction and recovery of possession. Consult your lawyer and more further.
