In the year 1955-56 Maharashtra State Government declared lands for the tenants in the vicinity of tahsil Ambajogai, Dist. Beed. In the said declration land bearing Sy No 52/A is given to tenant. But while giving physical possession of the land as per Govt notification land bearing Sy No 52/3 is given instaed of land Sy No 52/A and the same illegal act is committed by the landlord of Sy No 52/A, the tenant and concerned revenue authorities. This fact comes to our knowlede in the December 2011. What is proper remedy to get declaration of ownership and actual possession of our land.
