Does anyone have an opinion on whether section 58A would be applicabe to deposits invited from less than 50 people? Please view the question in conjunction with section 67 which states that inviation from less than 50 people is a domestic concern and does not constitute 'invitation to public'. Section 58A is applicable for invitation for deposit from people. Thus the query.
