Second fair rent fix

in tamilnadu i can filed rent control sute and get fair rent as per coart order. now land valve is incress more than 5 times.in which section i suit second fair rent

Rent value is not depdend up on land value.

As per rent control regulation u can do accordingly.

consult local lawyer for that purpose.
