Section 354 of CrPC lays down all the elements which are essential to a judgement when one is pronounced by the court.
For instance, on judgements pertaining to death sentence, the provisions laid down u/s 354 are:
●The judgment shall state the special reasons in the case of sentence of death; 354(3)
●"When any person is sentenced to death, the sentence shall direct that he be hanged by the neck till he is dead;" 354(5)
