There are many schools running on the same line and this is more a mutual trust issue. Search in google for the process, schools running on such arrangements, entrust this to professionals,s and focus on your strengths without wasting time on procedural formalities you are not well aware.

Whether the School is pre-school, primary, secondary or senior secondary level, recognised or unrecognised and aided or unaided ?
Please appreciate the fact that State laws apply to school education.
It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
