Hi,
FIR was lodged with police station under SC ST Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989 in Mar 2010 for the incidence that took place on Oct 2009. Now that case is before Sessions court with Special Court, where framing of charges are yet to be done. Now, all 6 accused have file quashing of case before Bombay High Court.
In this circumstances, under which circumstance quashing will not be allowed and are there any citation/s in the support of the same?
