The Supreme Court had given the Government two months to reply to the Petitions regarding the Amendments in the SC ST Act, as to why it should not be struck dow?. On November 21, the governemt instead of arguing its case, had given to the SC a list of points it should consider in making its decision . Was it the right way to reply to defend its case? What is the SC do with the list of points? How long will it take to decide the case?
