SC rulings on open university degree Vs Clleges without students?

Without attending the college getting a degree is not authontic as per law but actualy the authoritis of the institution  might have shown that the candidte has attended the college. In correspodence course by the open university  without going to college one can  get the lessons through correspondence and can appear the examination and can get the degree at last. So there is  no difference in degree but there  would be a difference in aquiring knowledge. There would be a difference in quality but not in quantity.
