Sc decision

sir

in a decision SC had decided that for meter defects case u/s 126 of electricity case can not be registered.strangly, there is no jurisdiction to none , if final order is not passed.

the electric officer has billed the amount as per sec 126.he has there is no value of supreme court decision of yr 1987 and advused to go supreme court. strange that a low level officer would not like to read judgement ,so is with higher officer --DE VIGILANCE.

pl advise who can compell to follow sc decion.thanks

salila

OUR CONSTITUTION WHICH IS SUPREME AND OUR PARLIAMENT ETC CAN COMPELL ALL INDIAN CITIZENS SHOULD FOLLOW SUPREME COURT  DECISION. UNTIL PARLIAMENT CHANGES A LAW WHATEVER RATIO IS LAID DOWN IN A CASE bY THE SUPREME COURT IS LAW OF THE LAND IN A CASE. wHICH EVERY iNDIAN CITIZEN SHOULD FLLOW.iF YOU APPRECIATE THIS ANSWER  PLEASE GIVE ME MY PROFILE LIKE.IF SOMEONE DOESN'T FOLLOW SUPREME COURT DECISIONS YOU CAN FILE A WRIT U/ARTICLE 32 OF THECONSTITUTION TO ENFORCE ITS DECISIONS AND WHAT ACTION WHOULD BE TAKEN IF PERSONS ARE NOT ENFORCING ITS DECISIONS.
