There is a disputed transaction of 36000 INR from my sbi credit card.bank say observed that the transaction has been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by your card CVV and dynamic One Time Password (OTP) over the Internet/ IVR. You are requested to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid late fee and finance charges on your card account.but i am not done any transaction.even police also not work properly.police man not register my FIR.only register my complaint and share complaint number.i can"t pay 36000/- amount. i am very tensed about this.recovery person come to my home?.please need your help.
