Recent amendment in sarfaesi act by including nbfc as financial institutions gives them sarfaesi powers .This has been vide notification dated 5 aug 16 , will the cases pending be dealt with such changes or will it be now onwards .My case is under arbitration by nbfc , will it now be taken up as under sarfesi piwers .sir your advice .?
