Sarfaesi

Dear Sir , We are Constructing a Godown (Under AMI of GOI) on agriculture land In Maharashtra , under section 44A of MLRC 1967 ( under bona fide industrial use ) . for that bank is (State bank of India ) denying loan as land is not SARFAESI complaint ( as it is agricultural land , otherwise ready for loan ) , but we are explaining that , after construction of godown it will be SARFAESI complaint so please help us , is it valid or not . it will be so helpful for us .
