Respected Sir,
I am working in a State Govt Company(Power Generating) as Company Secretary, our company incorporated in the year 1987 and Sanction Post of the company were approved by the state cabinet through Energy deptt of the state. Our company needs to modify the sanction post for new recruitment. For example in the aforesaid sanction post no of Executive Engineers is 25 now we would like to enhance it 40, similar situation with other posts like Junior, Accounts Officers,AGM etc.
now question arises who is the competent authority for modifiaction of the aforesaid sanction post.
1.) Board of Directors
2) The share holders
3) Cabinet of the state
4) Governor of the state who hold 99.99% shares of the company.
Note: All the directors are appointed by the Governor through energy deptt.
