The person { land owner} of our village has given some part of his farm land to the Gram Panchayat for making community toilet.Whose Gram Panchayat Pradhan has notarized and Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.10.
In the agreement, it has been written by the village head that 1 member of the owner's house in the community toilet will be given a job in the community toilet. But till now no job has been given to any person from the owner's house in the community toilet and that's why the landlord wants us to demolish the community toilet and go for it.In spite of the promise made by the Gram Panchayat to give a job, no job was given. The person is very poor and doesn't afford any advocate. He has been cheated and has got a community toilet built on his land by giving wrong information.please tell what should be done in this case
He can give a complaint in the distrct collectorate office with the agreement copy and follow up.
