As a Scheduled tribe person, shall I purchase an assigned land from ST person, after the completion of 25 years from the Govt assigned date..in agency area under 1/70 act..

1. Assigned /Specied Lands in name of special category persons (SC /ST .... ) CANNOT be Sold /Purchased without first converting the same into "old tenure (free sale)" on the Revenue Records, which is possible only AFTER due permission from the district SDO.
