I am in need of advice from legal experts.i bought a property in Orissa and we executed the sale deed with builder .Now the property is unmuted but we have tax receipts in our name. Can we sell the property without mutation or we need to apply for the mutation first?
what are the documents required for registration in case of sell of the property from the buyer's side?
