I want to sell a Flat solely in my name to my younger brother. Would this be considered as a normal sale or Should any other factors be considered.

if you wish to gift the property to your brother without consideration, that document be a gift deed. if you sale the property for a consideration, it is a sale. you first decide to give the property for consideration or without consideration. accordingly the duty will be levied. this is for suggestion.
