sale of property

dear friends,

I had planned to sell my propert for which i had taken a bayana (advance) from a party but due to some personal reason i am not willing to sell the property. in this even can the buyer force me under any court of law to sell the property to him. i have not signed any agreement other than a reciept undersigned with a revenue stamp.

As there is no agreement between you and the vendee, it is very difficult for him to prove the agreement and its terms in case of your refusal.
