I had sold my flat to a party on 2006 The flat was of Pagdi system and not of ownership Now the new incoming member has made Transfer of Tenancy Rights agreement and wants to register the same My problem is that I am unable to go with him at registrarts office Can i make an POA, favouring my frient of sister, and ask him to sign on my behalf for the same?
