Sale of house

Dear All,

I just wanted to ask you about a circumstance which is quite possible in the near future.

The house in which we are staying presently is on both of my parents name. Now as i know my father very well, he has ofered to sell this house and shift some where else but as far as i c he would want the house on his name rather than including my mothers name.

what legal documents are required to keep this on paper

Ask your mother not to sign the sale agreement of the first house until your father makes a joint agreement for the another house. This will ensure that your mother is not deprived of her legitimate right from the proceeds of the sale from the first house.
