Sale deed of huf as power agent

Hello,

I am interested in a plot and i have a partucular clarification and need your help by providing me your thoughts.

This plot was initially owned by 7 vendors.
All the 7 vendor had given a power to a karta of a H.U.F arrangent - lets call the HUF as XYZ HUF and the Karta to be ABC. I have the copy of the poweer docs.
ABC of XYZ HUF has sold the plot to a different person. I am now looking at purchasing it from this new owner.
When i got the Encumbrance Certificate i see all the names - 7 initial vendors + XYZ HUF (not ABC name though) + Current Owner

When i looked at the sale deed documents, i see the mention of ABC as karta of XYZ HUF as the executant's power agent. The sale deed has just the signature of the ABC in all the pages at the bottom.

Is it necessary that the ABC person signs the document with additional information as "ABC (karta) For Karta XYZ HUF" in all the pages in the sale deed apart from mentioning that he is the karta of the XYZ HUF ? Will this create problems in the future if any coparcenar contest this in a court?

Rest of the documents seem to be good.
