Hi Experts, my name is sharath located I. Karnataka.
Sale deed of house property was missed in 2011 and my father applied for certified copy of the same. with this I am not getting home loan. so now I am thinking of transfer the property to my mother name.
if so that deed is valid for applying home loan immediately or do I need some specific time to apply for home loan.
can any one please suggest

The lender(s) may ask for all old original deeds.
You must have having copies of FIR, newspapaper publication made before applying for certified copy.Show these also.
Try with some other lender and some other lender may agree.
