Salary pending since 15 months

Dear Sir,

I was working for company INMAC (Callezee) as CSR Inbound they have not given me my 1 1/2 month salary it now 15 month all the time they give me false promises that they will give me but till now i have not recieved it some people who left after me they have got there salary coz they lodge police compalint n all but i haven't coz i m polietly asking for my money every now n then i call them in mumbai as well as there chennai HO but same reply and now they are telling that MD had asked to ask employee for negotiation why i should negoiated it's my hard earn money. Kindly help me i don't what to do? Eagerly waiting for suggestion and help.

The answer to your query is in your post itself.

The employees who have gone to police have got their payments.

Your’s is withheld for………15 months, and after 15 months you are being asked for negotiation.

You are wasting your money on phone calls. Verbal transactions may be difficult to prove. ( Lat**n ke Bh**t batton se nahin maante).

You may also follow the same strategy as followed by your colleagues.

The other option is to lodge a compliant with o/o Labor commissioner, Inspector under Shops and Establishments Act, Wages Inspector under Payment of Wages Act and again wait.

Send legal notice by your lawyer and/or file civil suite.
