Salary issue when sent abroad

I was sent to UK on tier2 intra company transfer visa. As per the UK immigration law I should be paid 42000 GBP as salary in UK. But I was only paid 18500 GBP plus indian salary, which doesn't match upto 42000 GBP. My company is not ready to pay rest of the amount. Can I file a case on my company now?

Mr. Kashyap, can you please share the copy of the UK immigration laws which state that you are entitled to such a pay.
