salary issue

Respected Sir,
                     I was working in pvt ltd company at andheri(mumbai). On 23/12/2015 they have
terminate me with and arguement and said that my pending salary will be cleared by next month by 04/01/2015 but still they have not given my salary and when i call them they avoiding my call by saying still your account is finalised by us.
                    So i have done an argue with my boss so he was giving me a warning by saying if you frecquently called for salary then it will be bad for you.
                    Now i dont know wat to do and how i can get salary from that company and i not that much financially strong also i m jobless now.
                    Kindly guid me what should i do now?
