Salary during maternity leave would be equal to that drawn immediately before proceeding on leave. About increment, you may have to refer to the conditions contained in the offer cum appointment letter depending upon the probation period. About perks, some perks are permissible for some limited period while others can be for the whole duration of leave, for example, in most of Central PSUs HRA is regulated as per the Central Government Rules, i.e., for the first four months of leave, etc. So, you may have to check the the Rules applicable in the SAIL.
