salary decrease

sir, i am a contract employee in MPSEB. We were recuited as class-2 as per our advertisement and appointed as programmer on fixed pay 30000 with 5% increment. A policy for contract employees has been released in 2016 which states contract employees should be paid equal to a regular cadre employee holding the same post alongwith dearness allowance at that time. Being a class -2 employee, appointed as programmer, we are fixed at 47,250/- i.e. (15600 basic + 5400 grade pay+ da@125%). This scale has been adopted by company for employees appointed as class -2(programmer). But, in 2018, new policy has been introduced. In this policy, programmer has been decremented. They were treated as lowest in class -2 cadre. They were fixed in the scale (9300 basic+ 4800 grade pay+ da applicable). Due to which our salary will decrease to 40 thousand approx if we adopt this. Kindly guide and help us. They say this is government order.

Rationally this does not look correct contact some senior lawyer from High court and file writ petition.
