Rules of practice

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I have been enrolled in the Bar Council of Assam in 2013, and now I want to practice in Kerala.

Whether I have to transfer my enrolment from the Bar Council of Assamto Bar Council of Kerala  to undertake cases independently?

If I will practice without changing enrolment then can it be a code of misconduct?

U can practice anywhere in India as per section 30 of advocates act of u enroll in any state doesn't bars to practice in another state
