Can Any Bank, Any Credit Societies, Any Private Bank or any NBFC, Appoint, Associate or Authorize or Affiliate Pvt Ltd Firm as marketing Agency to Promote Fixed Deposit Schemes without doing any Public Advertisement on purely Referral Basis on commission Deposits will be collected By Cheque Or DD in Favour of above mentioned Institutions

To collect the deposits for Banks RBI permission is required. For Cr. Societies also it requires and it should be in bye law.

sir,
I, 3 months ago claimed for the F.Ds in SBI bank in vijayawada andhra pradesh. Actually tose FDs are in the name of my father as he passed away an year back now we claimed for that we had gone through all the procedures and entire documentation is completed now since 2 months the bank manager is saying some silly reasons and not giving us the proper reason or any thing concerned about the progress. Will it really take such a long period to get accepted even after every thing is perfect.
