Got a notice from "Parivar Paramarsh Kendra" Khandwa - district, Madhya pradesh. for 1st counselling. Matter got closed without appearing with mutual understanding, but I wanted to get the complaint copy against me. Filed 2 RTI earlier, 30 days passed for each, got no reply.
Now, whom should I file next ? Would that be a first appeal ? or just another RTI with a senior department.
