Dear ld member, My friend had asked certain information from BAR COUNCIL OF GUJARAT AHMEDABAD which has not proived by them completely..Aggrieved by this My friend has filed the appeal to the chairman of the bar councul which is not received by him so far after 28 days.
Kindly guide after 30 days of the appeal in case of non receipt the reply where my friend should file the further appeal either to GUJARAT INFORMATION COMMISSION OR TO CENTRAL INFORMATION COMMISSION.

Centra; Information Commission, August Kranthi Bhavan, Bhikaji Kamaplace, New Delhi 110 066- Kindly wait for 50 days from registering appeal (giving enough time including postal transit, as limitation period still be in force)
Always use traditional Registered post through hard copies.
Search format in website of both BCI and CIC for more information on RTI Particulars and particularly for CIC format for second appeal.

It should be made with CIC, New Delhi. As Mr. Prasad suggested you may wait for some more time for getting anyresponse instead of hurrying up on the tick of clock.
