Rights on fathers property

Helo,

My parents are divorced when i was 2 yrs old. now am 23. I needed to know whether i have any rights on my fathers property. 

He remarried and have a son.

You have no right over your fathers property , but if he died without making his will then you can claim share in his property. read divorce decree of your mother.
