I suffered permanent disability in a road accident during working hours. can my organization ask me leave because of my disability. what are my rights in such situation.

All disabled employees have the right to equality and non-discrimination. The new Act makes it unlawful to discriminate against a person on the grounds of his or her disability unless it can be proved the discrimination is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim.
