I had filed Dv case 8 yrs before aginst my husband. After 14yrs of harrasment..The case was conculded in lok adalat. After that, i have staying a rental house by him. i have two boy children. Before Dv, i was lived in my own house which my husband earned by own. Along with his parent. Husband has two sisters and they also lived with their family in the same street.. When i filed the DV case, He transfered all immovable property to his sister's name in title of Gift deed. After lok adalat he hasn't retrieve back the property.
They haven't allow me to enter the house. Because they felt i made defame to them. Now my question is ..
My mother in law has very weak profile recently..If she will die, they can stop my visit on the death day? by any court order ?
2. They or Mother in law can ask any court order like that?
