right on grand mother property

son1 bought a land on his mother name with son1 income. who has the right on the property son1, son2, son3 , where mother is also alive? is there any act available.

Legally speaking, a land belongs to the person whose name is on the title of the land.  Who paid for the land is not important if the title clearly shows the name of your mother.

If you paid and put mother's name on deed and title...BE Careful...it can be considered a Benami Property and you might have problems if the land was bought by non-tax paid money.
