I need guidance, can anybody please guide me-
this is about ancestral property.
I am the great grand son. my great grand father has expired. properties belonged to him came to my grand father(alive), my father is also alive.
Plz tell me-
1.what is my right in the properties of my Lt. great grand father which is now owned by my grand father (alive)
2. can i get a stay order on the said property regarding my share?
3. what the Law says on this?
