hello sir,
my name is T.Raghuveer singh , i am working as Junior Assistant in the legel metrology deaprtment at Hyderabad, sir, i have filed an O.A in Hon'ble Tribunal in November 2011 regarding my seniority for promotion and i won the case in March 2012 and our department has sent the judgement to government for filing the Review petition, Sir, my submission is, is there any time limit for government for filing the review petition in the High court.
