Can restution of conjugal rights ( sec 9) will file when null and void case (sec 12 ) pending in district court
I have file null and void case under sec 12 but my husband filed sec 9 restitution of conjugal rights but now I have doubt that can both the cases run together and how long it will take to prove

both the cases filed are well in jurisdiction and have a Locus standi. both have rigjts to file.
The family court will decide whether to hear both or simultaniously. The court if it pronounces a order in your null and void case then the petition under section 9 becomes infructuous.
