Dear Sir/ Mam,
Due to misbehavior I resigned from a company on 09 Jan 2022. I worked there for 5 months approx and on probation. I am on notice period I attended office on 10 Jan 2022 but on 11 Jan 2022 all the private companies in delhi have to go for work from home as per govt notification and I didn't get any instructions in written or received any phone calls by the reporting manager, HR manager or Management that I will not be working from home.
Now the company is demanding one month salary and saying that I haven't completed the notice period and sent me a letter.
