Resignation under pip

Hi, I have been put under PIP by my employer on Dec 6 2021 which will be till 4 th march 2021. I am going to put my resignation on 30 jan 2022. I have requested for early release. So now will I be considered resigned or terminated employee. Also will I receive my relieving letter from the employer. I have joined this company on 22nd march 2021.

Nothing can be said by any member as it all depends on the policy of your past employer.

Answer of your query depends on term of your contract with your employer.

Just revisit your two crucial documents to get more details i.e. offer of employment as well as appointment letter.

I received the query about job

A guy had resigned from his job after the resignation under the pressure of his bosses and HR, guy put the resignation in system and after it he got the PIP from the bosses with loop HR question is that can company issue the PIP after put the resignation
