resignation accepted with negative per 4th romance remark. not able to join other PSB.

I was working with the capacity of BM in regional rural bank. I selected for higher post in another rrb after completing all process like written, interview medical.i resigned from current bank after deposited 3 month salary.i received discharge letter with remark that my performance is not satisfactory,even I never get notice or letter on performance.Now another bank denied me joining due to non performce remark in discharge letter. now I lost the both the govt bank job. how could I get justice?
