Hi all, i was working for a centrel Govt. institution(National Institute of Tehnology). My period of probation was 1 year. Before joining this job i was applying for another State Govt. job, which i hav got. So i resigned my central govt. job with one months notice period and joined the new state govt. job. Since i applied for the state govt job before joining the central govt job so there was no NOC arises. In my joining letter for the central govt. job there was nothing written about notice period. But now my old office is not releasing me and also they are not releasing my last month salary as well as my PRAN. I want to cancel my PRAN account also so that i can open a new one.
please help me.................
