Residential property right

I got married in 2004. My husband owns a residential flat since 2003 ie before I got married. The house agreement is in husband's name. My motherinlaw has contributed a sum of 11lacs & my husband some 2lacs for which he'd taken home loan before my marriage. I'm not aware of this transaction which took over before our marriage. As per new ammendment in marriage act law, I know that I get 50% share in flat & my husband 50%. I just would like to know if my motherinlaw is liable to make any claim in the house? If yes what will be % distribution of property amongst 3 of us?
