I need below information regarding PCMC DC rule.
I have a flat that is on 7th floor and there is a refuge area on 8th floor.
Is ther any rule in Maharastra Development control that flat with refuge area should not have open balcony.If there is balcony it should be closed.
I want to enclose my balcony because there is possiblity that any body can enter to my open balcony from refuge area.I want to know that enclosed balcony is allowed in a flat which is with adjacent or below floor to refuge area
