Dear Sir/Madam,
I am about to purchase a residential flat, through an agent. I want to make payment via cash and cheque. The agent is ok with this. Can I use a stamp paper as a receipt of part payment given to the agent/builder? If not then what would be other way of demanding receipt of the money given to the agent/builder? What should be most suitable conditions on the stamp paper about the purchase of new flat & while making the first part payment?
