Please excuse, if it isnt so.
My predicament lies with Resident Welfare Association.
I am resident(owner) of residential plot/kothi in NOIDA.
I want to know the following-:
1. Does Residential Welfare Association have power to erect commerical boardings nearby my house??
(that is on the road in front of our house)
2. I do not wish to avail any services provided by my Residential Welfare Association.
How to go further about it?
